Lots of Low Water

The White River is seeing extended periods of wadeable for the past week or so with little generation except in the evenings for a couple of hours.  As is normal with the SWPA website generation schedule it’s pretty much been “WRONG” so don’t trust it.  We have been seeing a bit of rain and the lake has gone up just a bit but not enough to cause generation.  The lake level is at 652.75 and the lake has risen about 3 inches.  Pheasant tail soft hackles, Sow Bugs, Scud, Trout Crack and various types of eggs are working all along the river.  Next week will be a busy week on the White River as it’s the week leading up to Thanks Giving and it will be one busy river.  Our temps have been pretty mild but have turned a bit cooler as of this morning with temps dropping down to the upper 20’s in the morning and highs in the mid 50’s and that is pretty much how the week coming up looks with a chance of showers and rain this weekend.

Good Fishing
