I’ve not seen or heard of any shad coming through the dam since last saturday BUT the fish are hitting shad patterns below the surface along with egg patterns and of course san juan worms. Streamers did not do well yesterday either but then today is another day. We’ve been getting some weak generation this past week. Some heavier generation is what is needed to push some shad through. As the water comes up the fish do take the shad patterns better than the eggs. We’ll see what happens today with the water.
