Friday the water was higher than on thursday with almost 6 full units on first thing in the morning. Shad type flies continue to work but not on the surface. We did hook and land three brown trout yesterday. Two 20 inch brown trout and one 19 1/2 inch brown trout all in the same hour right before lunch. Lots of healthy bows landed for the day as well. We could really use another shot of shad to come through the dam and it’s gonna take 7 units for this to happen. Today heavier generation is scheduled so we’ll see what happens.
