Some lower flows on the White River yesterday provided some wading opportunities in a few spots in the afternoon. This generation is lower due to some heavy rains this past week and weekend so the lower flows will alleviate flooding down stream. The fishing was tough yesterday and we did have to work for every strike we got. While wading we got the chance to sight fish to a whole pod of bows that weren’t very interested in eating but did manage to hook and land a few in that spot. Tom brought his two offspring David and Elizabeth with him to fish during spring break. I sure like quick learners and after lunch all three were casting like they had been doing it for years. At some point in the learning curve these three just “got” it . I like it when that happens.
