I realize that the White River is making national news in regards to flooding. However the floods are not affecting the upper end of the white river near Bull Shoals Dam. The flooding that is making national news is much further down stream (150) miles or more.The fishing from the Dam down to cotter is just fine which is the first 18 miles of river below the dam.
