We have seen a few more days of wadeable no generation water so far this month which this guide is liking at the moment as it presents the opportunity to go after some better brown trout. Our weather has also cooperated in that it’s been pretty warm for this time of year and the heavy winds we were getting have subsided substantially. Planeria fished under a longer leader and indicator with a split shot is turning out to be a really good fly for this year but on Sunday the purple and black midge just a couple of feet under a pals indicator proceed 7 brown trout for my three fisherman father Mike and sons Jarred and Noah.
